Class Schedule, Fall 2015

Mindful Vinyasa
This all levels class combines therapeutic alignment principles with slow, flowing asana sequences. Each pose will focus on the internal essence, bringing about a deeper sense of connection to self and relaxation whilst simultaneously building strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Tues. 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Tai-Chi Acupuncture & Wellness Center, North Reading

Open Meditation Circle
This class welcomes all participants. We’ll explore a range and variety of meditation techniques and topics over the duration of the session, including but not limited to visualization, pranayama (breath work), seated meditation, moving meditation, mudras, meditations for chakra healing, and global meditations designed to support positive change across the earth. Each session will help potentiate your individual collective health, vitality, and well-being. Some sessions may include energy work from Amanda and/or sound healing.
Tues. 7:45 – 8:15 p.m. & Sun. 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Tai-Chi Acupuncture & Wellness Center, North Reading

Candlelit Vinyasa
This class combines the ambiance of a candlelit practice accompanied with music. It allows each practitioner to unite their breath with movement, movement with breath. This luscious, slow moving vinyasa will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and deeply relaxed. Class will close with an aromatherapy infused savasana and/or elements of Thai inspired massage.
