4-Day All-Inclusive Women’s Retreat that combines movement and emotional healing to reveal the strength of your heart!
Finding Strength after Heartbreak is a retreat for women who wish to restore self-love, self-trust, and emotional integrity after experiencing a difficult emotional loss. Receive gentle guidance from two qualified coaches, daily movement sessions and organic meals while living in a peaceful villa next to the ocean. You will leave with new perspectives and a more profound understanding of your emotional pain. You will learn and practice powerful tools in supporting and owning your inner strength and personal power.
Organic meals will be prepared and served three times daily, to support your body during this time of healing and rejuvenation. A snack and coffee/tea bar will be available 24/7.

The movement and yoga sessions will be tailored towards the needs of the group as well as the emotional work we’ll be diving into each day. Each session will foster the development of trust and support with each other and ourselves. Through postures, movements, and sound healing you will be invited to notice and feel emotions that you experience within your body. Your strength, self-confidence, awareness, and flexibility will be enhanced as we dive into the physical-emotional connection. Each session will end with a lengthy savasana, or rest. No prior movement experience is needed.

Amanda Patti is a holistic lifestyle & inner coach, and movement teacher. She has over 20 years experience in personal growth and wellness. Amanda specializes in inspiring and guiding people to bridge the gap between their body, their emotions, and who they are. Her playful and curious nature invites light-heartedness to her sessions. Her patience, insightful nature, and compassionate touch provide firm, yet gentle and welcoming support that encourages people to dive into to their hearts. Amanda’s work is enhanced by her daily practice of motherhood to her two sons, her puppy Boo, and her continued movement and coaching studies.

Diana Deaver is a mindfulness based emotional health life coach, speaker and visual artist. She specializes in emotional healing techniques that address recurring emotional pain, low self-esteem and self sabotage. She began her formal studies seven years ago under the personal instruction of her teacher Jessica Rueger.

How close will I be to Charleston?
The retreat villa is on Isle of Palms and approximately 30 minutes away from downtown Charleston, SC.
Does the retreat price include transportation?
The retreat fee does not cover any travel fees. Depending on your arrival time we may be able to offer you a trip from the airport to the retreat house.
Will there be time for sightseeing?
The retreat program offers a full day schedules that involve remaining in the vicinity of the retreat home. We recommend that you allow yourself to rest and enjoy the beach.
Can I bring my laptop with me?
Sure. To fully enjoy the benefits of the type of restoring work we will be doing we recommend that you minimize the time you engage with electronic devices as much as possible.
What if I have a dietary need?
We will do everything in our power to meet it while being mindful of everyone else’s needs.
What should I bring with me?
A journal or notebook if you like to take notes. Comfortable lounge clothing. A bathing suit. Beach sandals. A camera if you like to take photos. Clothing appropriate for movement and yoga. Your favorite yoga mat. Maybe your best friend?
Am I sharing a room?
Yes, this retreat offers very comfortable and spacious shared accommodations. We hope that you will enjoy this opportunity to create a meaningful and supportive connection.
What is your cancellation policy?
The $500 deposit is non-refundable and is used to guarantee your spot in the retreat. Cancellations made prior to Sept. 29th, 2015 will be refunded in whole, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after Sept. 29th are non-refundable. The balance may be applied to a future retreat at the retreat host’s discretion.
Do you offer scholarships and/or volunteer positions to defray the cost?
